NEACR Welcomes Sponsors and Supporters for its Biennial Regional Conference on

Friday, June 12 in Waltham, MA

Supporting our Biennial Regional Conference is a great way to increase exposure for your ADR services while helping NEACR continue to serve the conflict resolution community across New England. This much anticipated event typically draws between 150 to 200 mediators, arbitrators, scholars and ADR professionals from all over the region, attending to learn, engage and catch up with colleagues.

Gold sponsors donate $300 (tax deductible) to NEACR. In return, the company, organization, or individual’s logo, name and brief description of services will be included in conference materials, signage, brochures and flyers. Gold sponsors can place their materials on the main exhibitor table near registration or have their own table in the exhibitor area at no extra charge. The deadline to be included in conference materials is May 15, 2015 at 5:00pm.

Silver sponsors donate $200 (tax deductible) to NEACR. In return, these sponsor’s logos and names will be included in conference materials, signage, brochures and flyers. The deadline to be included in conference materials is May 15, 2015 at 5:00pm.

Bronze sponsors donate $100 (tax deductible) to NEACR. In return, these sponsor’s names will be included in conference materials, signage, brochures and flyers. The deadline to be included in conference materials is May 15, 2015 at 5:00pm.

Friends agree to forward all emails and publicity about the conference to members, volunteers and others on their email lists. Friends will be listed in conference materials.

For those who do not wish to include their company logo, name or brief description of services in NEACR’s Biennial Conference materials, but do wish to distribute their own company materials at the conference, the following two Exhibitor options are available:

Full table for display on Friday, June 12 = $200 (includes lunch for two)

Half table for display on Friday, June 12 = $120 (includes lunch for one)

Exhibitors may either have someone from their own organization distribute materials at their designated table or send the materials to NEACR in advance of the conference, in which case a table will be set up on the Exhibitors behalf. Don’t delay in registering as an exhibitor; there are a limited number of tables available for the conference!
