Prerequisite - 30 hours Basic Mediation Training

The Mediation & Training Collaborative's DIVORCE MEDIATION TRAINING focuses on special legal and emotional issues involved in mediation with separating, divorcing or post-divorce couples. Addresses issues related to division of assets and debts, parenting, spousal support, taxes, intake and screening, dealing with high conflict and mediator ethics.

Coached practice sessions provide opportunities to integrate knowledge and skills. Pre-requisite is 30 hours Basic Mediation Training. Manual, refreshments, parking and social work CECs or attorney CLEs included in $795 fee ($750 for registration postmarked by April l5.)
