MWI’s Forty-Hour Mediation Training Program is a five-day comprehensive "hands-on" mediation skill building program designed for professionals interested in becoming effective mediators through the use of interactive lectures, demonstrations, exercises, supervised role-plays, and group discussions. MWI's Mediation Trainings meet the training requirement outlined in the Massachusetts Confidentiality Statute (MGL ch233 sec 23C - www.mass.gov/legis/laws/mgl/233-23c.htm) and in Rule 8(c)(i) of the MA Supreme Judicial Court’s Uniform Rules on Dispute Resolution. CEUs are available for Licensed Social Workers (NASW for LICSWs), Mental Health Counselors (with MMCEP for LMHCs), and Human Resource Professionals (PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute). Refreshments will be provided throughout the program and lunch will be provided on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Held at the Union Club in Boston.
