What's So Hard About Conflict Resolution? A Real Time Exploration of the Challenges Facing ADR Professionals


NEACR is delighted to introduce Christopher Voss as the keynote speaker of the 2015 NEACR Biennial Conference. He is founder and CEO of The Black Swan Group, Ltd., a retired 24 year veteran of the FBI and an Adjunct Professor who teaches negotiation at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. While with the FBI, Christopher was the FBI’s lead international kidnapping negotiator. Christopher has led negotiation teams across the globe, from Baghdad to Bogotá and is a seasoned negotiator, teacher and leader. Click here to read Christopher's full bio.

3.30-4.30: Presentations & workshops - Session Three

4.30-6.00: Closing and networking reception
