Join Woody Mosten and David Hoffman, two leaders in the field of mediation and peacemaking, in learning ideas and resources essential to helping you make the transition to satisfying and income-generating peacemaking work. This workshop will survey important issues to consider before establishing a neutral and/or collaborative practice, as well as the proven models and methods of practice that Hoffman and Mosten have developed over a combined 60 years of mediation experience.

Forrest (Woody) Mosten is in solo private practice as a Family Lawyer and Mediator in Los Angeles. Non-litigation activities are the foundation of his professional work. He serves as a keynote speaker for legal conferences worldwide and is Adjunct Professor of Law at the UCLA School of Law. Woody’s latest book, Complete Guide to Mediation, 2nd edition, has just been released by the ABA and will be available to participants at a discounted rate.

David Hoffman is the founding member of Boston Law Collaborative, LLC, and teaches the Mediation course at Harvard Law School, where he is the John H. Watson, Jr. Lecturer on Law. David was named Boston's "Lawyer of the Year" for 2014 in Collaborative Family Law by the book, Best Lawyers in America, and U.S. News & World Report and one of its Best Lawyers in ADR, Family Collaborative Law, Family Law Mediation, and Civil Collaborative Law.

Participants from all professional backgrounds are welcome. The workshop costs $550, or $450 if registered by May 19. To register today, click here and download an event registration form. With questions, contact Audrey Lee at alee@BostonLawCollaborative.com or 617-439-4700 x214.
