MetroWest Mediation Services (MWMS) will be holding a 35-hour Basic Mediation Training in December 2015 in Framingham, MA.

Trainees who successfully complete the training and who are compatible with the MWMS approach will be offered a free of charge practicum in one (or more) of the courts we serve.

Upon successful completion of the practicum the mediators will be invited to join the MWMS volunteer mediator roster and mediate in one (or more) of the courts we serve. Prospective volunteer mediators agree to commit themselves to attend a minimum of one court session per month for at least one year.

To be accepted into the training, a short interview and references will be required.

Course dates are December 2nd, 4th, 7th, 9th and 11th, from 9:00am to 4:00pm in Framingham. Training fee is $500, which includes meals and materials. There is no additional fee for the practicum for our trainees.

ENROLL EARLY! Space in the training is limited to 12. Registrants who cancel before November 1 will receive a full refund. Late cancellations will be refunded only if space is filled.
