The ADR & the Law Conference 2016 is set for Friday, September 23 at MCLE in downtown Boston. The event will feature keynote speaker, Daniel Shapiro of Harvard Law School and the author of "Negotiating the Nonnegotiable." There will also be three plenary sessions, each with ample time for open discussion, that will provide attendees with opportunities to discover how developments in related disciplines enhance and enrich the practices of mediation, arbitration, negotiation, litigation, collaborative law, coaching, and conflict management.

This event will be attended by lawyers and non-lawyers in a wide range of fields including advocates and neutrals, litigators and transactional lawyers, vigorous advocates and collaborative lawyers, arbitrators and mediators, facilitators and coaches, social workers and therapists, human resource professionals and CEOs, staff in non-profit and for-profit, and government and private sectors.
